Tis The Season  

After months of planning, building, and of course waiting for the fire department to turn on our gas, Columbus Circle will finally open its doors this Friday (12/5)! This is the start of something new for The Grey Dog, and we want you to know exactly what you can look forward to

Columbus Circle Dinner

We’ve been torturing you with photos of the new dishes that Chef Edwin has been cookin’ up, and now you’ll finally be able to try them. The full menu will be available on Friday, so whether you’re craving the classic Grey Dog Breakfast, bar bites, premium NY hanger steak, or creamy Cacio E Pepe, everything will be ready.

It has been our intention from the start to design these dishes with the same comfort flavors you always look for when you’re eating our food

Columbus Circle Drinks

Alongside dinner comes something we’ve been excited to share: our new cocktail menu!

We wanted to curate a selection that pairs well with any item on our new dinner menu, bringing the full picture to life. This new drinks menu is inspired by the iconic cocktails of the late ’90s and early 2000s, from the Vodka Espresso, to the Death & Co inspired Kingston Negroni, the Clover Club inspired House Manhattan, and the Irish Coffee. We’re using only top-shelf spirits while still keeping our drinks affordable.

Celebrating 29 Years

December also holds another milestone. On the 14th, The Grey Dog turns 29. This year, the anniversary feels even more special with our new Columbus Circle location opening a little over a week earlier. The new store will feature all of our team photos, so you'll continue to be able to see all of our years of history!
