Q: Can I use rewards for in store & app purchases?

A: Yes, you can apply any reward to in store or app menu item purchases. For in store purchases, you must share your app with our staff at the register who will then scan it to activate that reward.

Q: What if my rewards aren’t working properly?

A: Contact us at support@thegreydog.com  with the subject “App Rewards Issue” along with your full name, email associated with the account, and location of order, and our team will help resolve the issue.
